  • Lack of international added value for Vocational Training offers for Italian youth on training;
  • Lack of job profiles with international attitudes and international experiences;
  • Lack of international dimensions of VET institutes and VET clusters.
Objectives to be achieved: International training opportunities for youth after training activities in Italy; Identification of new skills for new jobs and creation of new international profiles; Partnership building processes and consortia construction.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Partnership building processes; Youth and trainers mobility; Exchange of practices among partners and Institutions; Technical assistance for VET reforms and Qualification frameworks; Participation to consortia for international tenders on VET.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: New International experiences for youth on training delivered; New training offer provided by VET institutes with an international appeal; VET employees re-trained on international objectives; International partnerships between VET clusters and institutes created; Exchange of effective transnational partenrship.
