Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

Poor social integration of the ROMA community. 
Introducing in Poland all the Italian solutions that were implemented for the integration of  Roma community in Italy. In Italy Roma immigration, delinquency and unemployment phenomena have turned out to be a very serious problem in the last decades.

Objectives to be achieved: Establishing a network strategy with social public and private organisations (including Roma Organisations in Poland) to collect detailed information and analyse the Roma phenomenon in Poland, selecting and training stakeholders in order to introduce inclusion policy of the Roma communities on the Polish territory, elaborating effective, practical methods of social inclusion (encouraging residence, scholar and occupational inclusion, social mediation and resolving conflicts in local communities, defining regulations and standard-setting guidelines concerning Roma and local community coexistence on the same territory, etc.).
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Carrying out a research including activities concerning the Roma community in Poland; study of the legal provisions (legislation) concerning the Roma community in Poland; selecting stakeholders to elaborate integrated training methodology (public/private; Roma/local Polish); drawing up a training about Roma community issues of 90 hours for every voivodeship for 50 stakeholders/territory (theoretical part of training+worshops); exchanging good practices and experience Italy-Poland on problems connected with Roma issues; joint project elaboration; carrying out social practices; elaborating methods and standards of social activities; preparing integrated, local team meetings to analyse the Roma phenomenon; expertises on Roma issues.
