Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

-    Lack of qualified personnel in Europe, especially in crafts (trade) sector: electrical/electronics, hairdresser, cosmetics, automotive, painter, refinisher, metal construction, sanitary-heating-air conditioning technology, welding and more
-    unemployed to active for labour market
-    young people give a chance for good education and work especially from deprived rural areas

Objectives to be achieved: consistently high quality of education, training and education as well as definition and localization of areas for improvement rational organization & implementation confidence of participants and companies transparency of the whole chamber
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): accompanies and complements the dual training in crafts apprentices learn more about specializations, newest technical developments and technologies support for business succession preparation and coaching of young people for vocational education and training projects on career orientation (students in workshops) experience exchange, best practice
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: expands the vocational training policies in the member states of the EU the program supports people who are in vocational training, at work or seeking employment and want to do hands-on experience in other european countries in recent years we hosted students and teachers from several different countries in our education center Frankfurt (Oder) and Hennickendorf participants are able to extend their theoretical, professional,  language and intercultural knowledge and improve their language skills
