Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):
Transnational cooperation is needed to know good practice in the field of cooperative problem solving. In Poland we don’t have almost any examples of this method outsourcing of public tasks. In this project we try to promote among local governments four way of delegate public service like: regranting, public service commission, commission conduct a public institution and at least of cooperative problem solving which is the element wherein we should find example abroad.
Objectives to be achieved: Knowledge how cooperative problem solving is implemented in other countries in particular Anglo-Saxon. We want also to cooperate with NGO or local government in the field of this way of delegation of public way. All activities in project are focused around model of contracting social services which is a modern/innovate approach to strengthening cooperation on the line NGO – local government.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Regarding to transnational activities we want to find some organization or local government which could present existing example of cooperative problem solving. Our organisation consider first of all the opportunity to participate study visits in which we could acquire experience in this method of outsourcing of public tasks. We also assume wide-ranging cooperation aimed at: exchange of experience, obtain information that could be used as an example cooperative problem solving, establish long-term cooperation.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: As a result of transnational cooperation we want to gain examples how cooperative problem solving looks abroad. The result of this action will be development of guidance for contracting social services.
