According to survey done by IBM amongst 500 largest corporation in the world, the most important soft skill when hiring the graduates is creativity. Creativity perceived as an ability to create new solutions to the problems is the ability which can be learnt and acquired. In the project we would like to work out practical methods of inciting creativity in order to establish practice called “creativity coaching” which will equip future coaches in the state-of-the-art methodology and questionnaires in order to assess and teach creativity.

Objectives to be achieved: The main aim of the project is to implement an innovative development program preparing creativity coaches for the work in the enterprises and as well in the non-governmental sector. Within the project, there will be prepared a handbook and exemplary training for creativity coaches. Before the implementation stage, research on available methods will be conducted. The project will contribute to enhancing the efficiency of the presently realized social policy and labour market.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): • Research on creativity methods;• Implementation of creativity courses amongst the partners;• Best practice gathering from different cultural backgrounds;
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC:   • Handbook for creativity coaches;• Methodology of creativity course preparation;• Best practices in practical creativity building; Access to the innovative educational program serving as a tool for working with families and individuals who need social help in the area of threats generated by cyberspace.
