  • To identify other projects that works with competence analyses of unemployed persons.
  • Identify how these analyses can be performed  in connection to a workplace
  • Learn from other international companies and projects in relation to the target groups
Objectives to be achieved: Content of competence analyses Find out strategies around - how to be accepted of external companies, the employers. Define functional scheme that can be used in analysing competence Find out other companies or projects definition of competence in relation to a specific working situation
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Meetings and hearings with project owners and dedicated external parts, the companies. To visit and to interview some. To find out if they are interested in cooperation and to develop strategies and “best” practice involved with competence analyses
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: New contacts for future projects. Learning new methods. Exchange of experiences. To learn more about the connection between “Learning, work and competence development”.
