The municipalities in northwestern Skåne aim to examine the conditions for cooperation on the target group of young job seekers. The common long-term goal is to establish young unemployed on the labor market through offering better conditions and increased mobility in the region. The goal of the study is to obtain a good basis for projects in the EU program period 2014-2020, addressing each municipality's specific problems / challenges, where the joint projects physically will be available to all municipalities
