Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

We want to learn more about how people in other countries are working to get the target group from a long-term welfare dependency to self-sufficiency through employment.

Objectives to be achieved: Our major goal is and has been to find methods that allow the target group will work and that they feel included in society. A large part of this is that you are able to work and that this is sustainable in the long term.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): A mutual learning and the exchange of practices, perhaps even job shadowing. Furthermore, we are interested in future exchange in new projects.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: We expect mutual learning and the development of new methods that together we shall be able to give the the target group more and better opportunities in the future. We also wish to find transnational partners we can develop a long-term transnational cooperation with one or more parties.
