The society of today is facing challenges that cannot be resolved within the current welfare system. We need to find new solutions in order to make tomorrow’s society sustainable. One possible tool for this is multisectoral collaboration, but improved operative models are needed.

Objectives to be achieved: Learning and sharing knowledge about multisecrtorial collaboration to achieve social sustainability.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): The planned transnational activity in our prestudy is a visit from the UK based Nesta.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: To seek inspiration and knowledge about how to address social inclusion.
