Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

The labourmarket is extremely divided between the sexes and men and women are employed in different skills and bransches. Women are mostly employed in health and caresystem and education. Men are often employed in bransches with higher salary. This is also in the public area where men are employed in skills with uniform ( Military army, Police, Firebrigade, Custom and other organisations).

Objectives to be achieved: We are trying to change this and to inspire more women to make the choice and select an employment in these male dominated public organisations. There are several goals in this. In that way individual woman get more money in salary and future pensions, the jobplaces come in better with the social environment, the society get better organisations that have better chances to develop. It’s a winwin-situation.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): We seek other organisations that are interested to work with this area. We would like to have dialogue and to come and visit.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Planned outcomes is a good start for a project that can scale up the methods that we find in this early study. We expect to have better ways for women to choose these organisations for work.
