Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

• Combating unemployment in the most affected groups : young mothers who are remain outside the labor market
• Increasing self-esteem and confidence  of the unemployed
• Changing the employers’ attitude towards employing of young mothers.
• Improving personal, social and professional activisation among the unemployed single mothers
The main objective of cooperation:
Adopting the solutions developed by foreign partners, to improve access to employment for disadvantaged groups - adopting proven tools and instruments for conducting effective activation measures, directed mainly towards young single unemployed mothers. 
The expectations from a partner:
Assistance in adapting a developed labour market services scheme, addressing the needs of disadvantaged groups of unemployed. The partner shall help in designing and implementing the measures aiming at improvement of professional qualifications of the target group and adjustment of supply to demand on local labour market. Individual profile of unemployed shall be taken into account.

Objectives to be achieved: • Adapt to Polish conditions from foreign partner the methods and support instruments in the area of social and professional activation of single mothers who are outside the labor market, contributing to the improvement of their personal, social and professional situation;• Direct introducing to specialists providing assistance to single mothers with the instruments and methods used by the foreign partner in the process of social and professional activation of the target group;• Use of developed solutions in supporting social and professional activation of unemployed single mothers who are outside the labor market;• Increase of ability and skills of specialists to develop supporting programs designed for single mothers outside the labor market using the methods and instruments of foreign partner, • Dissemination, between institution and organizations that support single mothers, solutions adapted from foreign partner (methods and instruments ) in the field of social and professional activation of the target group (creating publications, which will then be released and distributed among the above  entities, and organization of a seminar that will be disseminating the results and products of transnational cooperation).
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Adaptation of support model for the unemployed single mothers:• the study visit at the foreign partner’s localisation – participants of study visit will learn  to know  the support model for single mothers, used tools and good practice developed by foreign partner.• the visit of the foreign partner in Poland - participation in workshops and working group activities regarding adaptation of the model of providing services by a foreign partner to Polish system• participation of foreign partner representatives in consultations regarding development of adapted foreign solutions (using internet tools)• supervisory visit of foreign partner representatives in Poland – observation and supervision of the usage of adapted methods and tools, verification of the correct application in practise, consultation, possibly indicating the issues that require modification or improvement• final development of adaptation tools• implementing workshops for specialist on working with adapted tools, with participation of foreign partner’s representatives• dissemination seminar for representatives of institutions and organisations that provide support for single mothers, to acknowledge the new methods and tools • preparing a publication about the good practice and adaptation of foreign partner’s solutions - publication will be disseminated among Labour Market Institutions and organisations that provide support for the target group.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Increasing until June 2015 social and economic activity of at least 85% of the project participants who are endangered of social exclusion by using a complex support adapted to their individual needs which involves the usage of solutions adapted  from foreign partner.The extensive objectives, concerning transnational co-operation:• The increasing, until June 2015, self-confidence and motivation to actively seek work among at least 85 % of the project participants by using tools and model of support for single mothers adapted from foreign partner • The increase, until June 2015, the ability to move into the labor market of at least 85% of the project participants by using tools and model of support for single mothers adapted from foreign partner • The increase, until June 2015, the level of social competence to facilitate social and professional integration of at least 85% of the project participants by using tools and model of support for single mothers adapted from foreign partner
