Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):
Roms in Poland are not or low educated. That is the reason they have no chance on the labor market. Our target group are unemployed Roma people at the age 18 – 60. Roma people are supported in vocational consultations, participate in vocational education and hold professional practice (3 – 6 months) direct by employer.
Besides, second target of the project is promotion of Roma culture and traditions. We are looking for a partner who has experience working with Roma. We want to exchange of experience from working with a minority to find ways out of the labor market. Purpose is to increase our knowledge of best practices and to share our.
Objectives to be achieved: The aim is to integrate the Roma society and stimulate to activities on the labor market. We want to exchange experience in adult education, learn in the fields on education, vocational education, pedagogic work, working methods. We are interested in implementation of the developed tools and solutions.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Exchange of practices among partners and Institutions’ international workshops, exchange of study visits, targeted seminars
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: New/innovative method of vocational education training for Roms, pedagogical support in Rom education, creation of Roma guide for non-Roms, in order to let the polish people get more informations about Roms.
