Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

The age profile of the EU is expected to change in the coming decades. The population of the EU will be much older and many countries will meet with growing unemployment among people over 50 years old. To help those people find their place in the labor market we will need special methods of vocational training adapted to people in this age. A lot of methods of vocational training are outdated and inadequate to needs of job market and demands of employers. Even when people above 50 years old complete the vocational training with good results they still have problems with searching job. By that means we lost a lot of money for vocational trainings which do not help resolve problem of unemployment. Creation of new vocational training program close connected with practice, demands of employers and adapted to people over 50 years old, can be a new way to resolve problem of unemployment among those people. Program of training and practice should allow to obtain professional theoretical and practical skills. This method should assumes simultaneous realization practice and vocational training. The biggest advantage of this system would be opportunity to test and implement the knowledge and skills received during the vocational training in practice. Additionally employers can help project participants to improve and develop those skills.

Objectives to be achieved: The aim of the Transnational cooperation is implementing to the educational practice, a new methods of vocational training - involving close connections with vocational training, practice, demands of employers and adapted to people over 50 years old. It can be achieve by: exchange of knowledge and experience of training and job searching for people above 50 years old and adapt solutions of vocational training with close connection with demands of employers to situation on job market.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): The main step in the Transnational cooperation will be creation the group of experts.This group should contain experts in various fields:  psychologist/ vocational counselor (representative of Leader and Partner- to be confirmed with partner),  two trainers in the field of training (the representative of the Leader and Partner)  specialist of research and analysis (representative of the Leader). The group of experts during the four working meetings will work out: improved syllabus of vocational training, program of practice,  educational materials, exam consistent with the program of training.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Adapt of solutions worked out by the group of experts during working meetings. Development of the program and methods of vocational training group above 50 years old. Verification of  created solutions. Analysis and publication created solutions.
