Improving the level of professional activity among unemployed and those, who are outside of active employment from rural areas, under 30 years old, by increasing their interpersonal, motivating, self-assessment abilities and believe in their own capabilities. For 50 Persons.
Improving competitiveness on the labour market by increasing their professional qualifications, achieving of professional experience, ability of searching for job offers, job interviews.
Objectives to be achieved: Improving the level of professional activity and ability of employment of unemployed and those, who are outside of active employment from rural areas under 30 years old.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Training for coaches, advisors, job placement agents, managing team of the project, which is introducing new methods of teaching, advising, substantive service. OR Vocational consulting, job placement, vocational trainings for course participants based on the method of training, advising (tests, questionnaires, or supervisions, mentoring or other tools).
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Implementation into the Project the model of: teaching or advising, or Job placement or managing team of the Project or trainers, or advisores, job placements agents or managing team.
