Objectives to be achieved: Increasing the effectiveness of activities connected with employment of participants of the project. The increase would be achieved while adapting new solutions used in EU countries. Increasing the knowledge of the personnel of the project in the range of methods and techniques used in the professional activation of women under 50 years old, in the meaning of cooperating with employers(including job market organizations), and increase of their motivation concerning self job searching. 

Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Adaptation of solutions developed in another country; Consulting, exchange of workers, placements and study visits; Development of new solutions. Exchange of the information and experiences

Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Inclusion of  the methods and solutions used in other EU countries into the model support used in the project (model concerns support for social excluded persons and it is based on the cooperation: employer – labour market institution -socially excluded person).
