Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

Rising unemployment among young people is one of the main problems of labour market in our region. It is a difficult to match the needs of employers with the skills of the unemployed. Young people need new skills and increase their intercultural competencies, as well as work experience.
Our main goal is integration of young people into labour market, also trough promoting transnational exchange, sharing of knowledge and activities between national partners.

Objectives to be achieved: The project is targeted at enhancing the vocational skills of young people (under 30 years old). Facilitating internships abroad, improve the competitiveness of unemployed on the labour market.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Arranging short-term internships abroad for the target group: 10 young people. Exchange of knowledge, methods and tools, as well as exchange of staff and people setting up cooperatives, study visits etc.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Increase the employment opportunities of unemployed young people trough promoting transnational exchange and mobility.
