Knowledge is the source of tolerance

Objectives to be achieved: Specific objectives-to increase the knowledge about the culture and traditions of Roma community and raise the effectiveness of our employees in dealing with Roma.∙ to reduce barriers and hurtful stereotypes about ethnic minorities∙ to increase the interest in the topic of Roma members

Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): The partner will be responsible for transferring the knowledge about methods used in United Europe, especially in Sweden. Transnational cooperation should be based on exchange of information and experiences, adapting solutions developed in Sweden by implementing them in Polish realities. It is planned to visit Sweden for the purpose of transfer of Partner’s experience.

Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: The result of transnational cooperation will be adaptation of new developments in relation to the characteristics of the target group of the project and polish realities and acquainting with methods, techniques and practices used In the Partner’s country in relation with tolerance education.It will be show as an instrument of support among  Job Centres, Family Support Centre, Municipal Police or Local Government. We are about to organize a Conference during which we will present observed solutions.Brochures and reports including thematic articles and describing implementation of new activities will be prepared and printed. Moreover, permanent contact between partners will be resulted in new solutions ready to deploying both countries.
