Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

The network of opportunities is aimed for registered in Employment Agency in Namyslow disabled unemployed persons who live in Namyslow County. The project aims to reduce beneficiaries’ deficits in the following spheres:
- key social skills,
- professional skills inadequacy to the present labor market,
- insufficient knowledge of the labor market, shortage of skills in effective job searching,
- lack of professional support,
- limited access to the instruments of professional activation,
Disabled persons who remain outside of professional and social life for a long time represent deficit of knowledge and skills related to effective job searching. Without professional support realization of their professional aspirations will remain difficult. Big competitiveness on Polish labor market makes finding job difficult, especially in case of disabled persons. Project aims to reduce deficits in the key spheres by:
- improving social skills of the persons with disabilities,
- improving professional skills of the persons with disabilities (courses),
- gaining work experience (trainings).
Due to current situation of the project’s participants, and taking into account their needs, motivations and circumstances, project aims to increase their chances in the eyes of Polish employers thank to transfer of innovative methods and solutions (exchange of experiences and good practices between member states of the EU).

Objectives to be achieved: The project aims at improvement of quality of social life of disabled persons from the territory of Namyslow County by strengthening their self – esteem and gaining ability to establish interpersonal relations. Additionally vocational guidance, gaining abilities to actively search for jobs and access to information about their rights, will raise their awareness and influence their social and professional activation. We would like to base our transnational cooperation on good practices exchange on this field.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Target group will participate in courses in partner’s country,Study trips to partner’s country,Exchange of experiences and good practices with a partner.
