Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

The Project focus on increasing empowerment of young people. Many of them have negative attitude for “workers mobility”. Even if at first they declare the possibility to work in another country, finally they give up. We need to change this kind of attitudes, change the way of young people’s thinking. We want to give some of our Project’s  participants the chance to work in others country, that’s why we looking for transnational cooperation. In other side we need to compare our methods, instruments and practices which we are using to increase activity among young people with methods and practices which are used abroad. We want to get know others know-how and try to initiate it into Polish labour market.

Objectives to be achieved: The project was created for boosting youth employment. The main goal is to develop their professional skills and motivation for work. The target group are young, unemployed people, especially without secondary education and those who are living in less prosperous regions.  To increase the level of social activity and vocational activity among participants we offer: training and education opportunities to give young unemployed the skills and qualifications that are in demand on the labour market, coaching, personal advice, career consulting and company internships (work experience)Project achieves that 45 of 150 project’s beneficiaries will find stable employment.
