Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):
• necessity of strengthening the cooperation with employers,
• achieving higher efficiency in relation to apprenticeship training,
• introducing the efficient methods for developing students’ entrepreneurial attitudes towards their vocational activation
Objectives to be achieved: The aim of transnational cooperation is to exchange the knowledge, experience, and adaptation of finest practices related to the cooperation with the employers and students’ transition to the labour market. In greater detail, our objectives are:• To improve the quality of vocational training and moving it closer to the needs of local employers• The analysis of the effectiveness of the practices related to adolescents’ school-to-work transition and introducing the most effective solutions into the vocational schools situated in Bielsk Podlaski• To acquaint with the methodology and tools enhancing the educational process towards entrepreneurship and to develop students skills and competencies• Using career counselling at vacancy schools in order to enhance the process of school-to-work transition• Identification of best practices in the field of establishing young people’s career in the future job
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): • Study visits, which objective is to get familiar with the educational system in the partner countries• Creating 2 publications regarding:o the modification of school curriculum in the field of teaching entrepreneurshipo including career counselling into School System of Vocational Counsellingo introducing the system of cooperation with employers within selected vocational schools in Bielsk Podlaski• Modifying entrepreneurship curricula (3) at 3 vacancy schools in Bielsk Podlaski• Implementing the programme with elements of career counselling within SSVC at 3 vocational schools in Bielsk Podlaski• System of cooperation with employers based on successful transnational solutions• Conference summarizing the results developed during the project
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: • Applying effective solutions in relation to organizing internships• Establishment and implementation of methods shaping entrepreneurial attitude among vocational school students in order to achieve their successful integration into labour market• Enriching vocational guidance with the elements of career counselling towards employment
