Knowledge transfer and best practices.  The intervention of AC&G in the cooperation refers to:

  • eading workshops in Poland from a technical point of view attending to our experience.
  • compilation of best practices of similar problems
  • knowledge transfer of best solutions applied to common problems, applying a strategy and a methodology
  • organization of a study visit in Spain
Objectives to be achieved: To identify new needs in a selected group of sectors in Poland, from a strategic point of view To educate a selected group of workers in new technical skills, which are already demanded in a selected field. To educate the selected group of workers and provide them with the right tools to work in a competitive way. To change low technical workers into advanced well prepared workers in potential developing areas within the same field.
