Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

Lack of social and professional activity, high unemployment, and finally the threat of social exclusion. Finding new solutions to work for people at risk of social exclusion or already excluded. Exclusion due to belonging to national minorities and cultural rights, unemployment, and disability poverty, including the care of dependent.
Reducing the areas of social exclusion by creating conditions for professional and social activity.
We want to expand existing activities carried out by us on the new forms.

Objectives to be achieved: New possibilities and forms of work Increasing the level of social and professional activity. Reducing areas of social exclusion.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Exchange of experience, the search for new solutions. Adaptation used by partner solutions. Developing new solutions with the participation of partners from other countries, including joint solutions to problems faced by all entities participating in the project.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Expanding the scope and range of existing activities. Providing a higher quality of service. The introduction of innovation. Achieving comprehensive results, tested and of adopted for other conditions, groups
