Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation): In our research about the needs of the involved in the management of the processes of active inclusion into employment, focused on the Roma society, we made a picture of the condition of professional knowledge and skills of the employed in different institutions and organizations. Based on this research we marked down the possible domains for improvement of professional competences.
These domains are:
-necessity of adapted and validated innovative models and practices
-participation in co-operational programs and projects with different institutions and organizations for exchange of ideas, knowledge, know-how, personnel.
-necessity of training activities for exchange of ideas and experience.
In the preliminary discussions with the representatives of the involved in the problem institutions and organizations, the most wanted fields for improvement of the institutional and professional capacity are the innovations, good practices and specialized training in specific field, depending of the particularity of the working projects.
Objectives to be achieved: The main objective is to help the process of active inclusion in employment of the disadvantaged groups, focusing the Roma society, establishing co-operation links between institutions and organizations in Bulgaria and Poland, sharing experience and validating innovative practices. The achievement of the main objective will be realized by:1. Establishing partnership and development of tools, establishing conditions for sharing experience, ideas, programs, projects in the field of active inclusion of the disadvantaged groups to the labour market by institutions and organizations.2. Increasing administration’s sensibility towards the problems of unemployed persons, focusing on young people up to 25 years of age, focused on the Roma society, providing innovative and validated services.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Examination of the experience in Bulgaria and Poland for active inclusion in employment of the disadvantaged groups. Development of good practices and its adaptation to the conditions in Bulgaria and Poland. Validating of the developed good practice in Bulgaria and Poland by conduction of a social experiment. Expert report on the results of the social experiment.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Expert report on the researched experience in Bulgaria and Poland for the active inclusion in employment of the disadvantaged groups. Analysis and development of a good practice / model/. Adaptation of the developed good practice/model/ for the conditions in Bulgaria and Poland. Validation of the developed good practice by conduction of a social experiment in Bulgaria and Poland – “Centre for potential opportunities – Bulgaria” and “Centre for potential opportunities – Poland” Expert report on the validated social experiment and comparative analysis.
