Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):
We want to complete the project within the framework of transnational cooperation, in the province of Subcarpathian. The main objectives of the project are: the fight against social exclusion and unemployment in the target groups and adapt foreign methods of training and consulting services to the local situation.
Objectives to be achieved: The transnational cooperation providing for exchange of best practices in the work on core competencies and soft skills among the target groups and to develop a review of key performance indicators and evaluation process, training and advisory services for the target groups.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): The main activities to be carrying out visits to foreign organizations to examine the working methods and the adaptation and dissemination of developed strategies.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Transfer of proven methodologies.
