Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

Our project is addressed to young people (19-29 years) with disabilities whose capacity to work is impaired for at least 1 year. The project aims to give at least 400 young people a plan for the future and make 35% of this group go back to work or studies. Försäkringskassan and Arbetsförmedlingen, 2 big government institutions in Sweden, will work together and develop new professional roles within the framework of the project. To do this much of the projects focus will be on method development why experience from other ESF projects would be useful for learning purposes.

Objectives to be achieved: We will be working with the Supported employment approach, but also with an empowerment perspective, we are interested in how other social agencies work with these methods and would like to get knowledge of their experience around this.
