Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

The purpose of the trans-nationality is to stimulate the development of Setups different parts through the exchange of experiences, thoughts and ideas.
The project will aim, in cooperation with the individual, to socially rehabilitate the project participants, and to always take his/hers individual conditions and needs as the starting point.

Objectives to be achieved: Setup project will provide both long-term sick and unemployed people increased opportunities to get back into work or closer. Our goal with the cooperation is to exchange knowledge and experience with our partners in order to encourage and inspire to new opportunities.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Through contact with other projects, the project Setup will get engage in creative dialogue with partners  with similar target group and in how they work to get them to approach the job market. Our cooperation will expend throw exchange of information, publications and evaluations.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: A concrete planning of outputs of the transnational cooperation will occur during the mobilisation period.
