Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

The transnational cooperation will concentrate on experience exchanging and learn by experience. This will contribute to new thinking and improving our work method.

Project Nystart will create models and methods contributing to bring women and men far from the labour market closer to it. The project is aiming at finding co-operation models that will combine the knowledge and the needs of the participants with the goals of the Employment office and the needs and the requirements from the enterprise environment. The main goals from an individual point of view are that the participant will find and keep a job/education and by that get continuity in his/her daily life, take responsibility for his/her choices and also to be more an integrated part of the society.
The project will establish a training model, learning by doing at the workplace and a working method that will focus at the enterprise and the individual. The method will change alienation to inside knowledge, will contribute to self support and to a faster introduction into the labour market.

Objectives to be achieved: Change experience and knowledge and find common interests and working methods to use in our contact with the participants. Another objective is to explore and find impulse on how the project could improve and increase the private sectors social responsibility in the region.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Our cooperation will consist of exchange of information, comparative analysis and develope a structured cooperation basic data.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: A concrete planning of outputs of the transnational cooperation will occur during the mobilisation period.
