Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):
Increase opportunities for individuals to return to work after longer sick leave.
Objectives to be achieved: We are looking for partners with similar labour market and similar difficulties with rehabilitation of physically and mentally disabled people (ADHD, Asberger etc) to exchange work methods and models to help get these target groups out in a working environment up to their capabilities. We believe that such exchange would give both partners extended experiences and we will also have a larger spread of our results for a major benefit for all Europe. We are also interested in looking into the social economy to see wheather this could be one solution for our target groups.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Transnational activities such as training, conferences and exchange programmes are possible activities that we require.
