The aim of the KoPa-project is to employ persons who have a health care or social work professional training (completed or interrupted) and also have an unemployment history due to a disability. In addition, in each workplace the KoPa Project provides training for at least one member of staff to act as a work coach for the supported employee.

Objectives to be achieved: Objective of a project is piloting a new kind of employment method for persons with disabilities and, simultaneously, for the benefit of understaffed service provision units for people with disabilities.

Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: This new method seems to be useful and we will spread it transnational. The ASPA Housing Services Foundation is applying for a new transnational project from 2010 until 2013. For this project we need transnational partnerships.
