This is in the interest of the target group, which is subject to constantly changing culture, society and in the job market, and has to learn to deal effectively with this situation. Technical progress and globalisation are increasingly a challenge to the target group, so that the group is threatened with being excluded from society. The target group for our project has a multitude of individual problems, so-called employment obstacles, which reinforce each other or, taken together, can no longer be mastered by the individual person.

Objectives to be achieved: However, the exchange of specialised information in international cooperation should allow not only new solution approaches for the current project alone, but should lead to the development of new, innovative concepts transcending national frontiers for the integration of needy target groups. The need for specialists, equality of opportunity, the requirement for vocational training, demographic changes, globalisation, and also the social responsibility of all cooperating companies are of vital importance for the development of new projects.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Qualitative excellence of work is constantly in the interest of zbf GmbH. The zbf GmbH wishes to make its specialised knowledge available in a consulting capacity, but also broaden its knowledge of current job market requirements and make use of this knowledge in practice for the integration of unemployed, needy fellow human beings.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Trans-national cooperation should make it possible to find target group – specific and innovative solution approaches, enable specialists to exchange experiences, and consider the experience of other specialists in our work. Thus, the staffs of the cooperating companies should learn from each other by meeting regularly and exchange new solution approaches and implement and evaluate these for the further development of their work with a challenging clientele. The specialised qualification of our staff, particularly in working with demanding target groups, is decisive for the success of projects and sustained impact.
