Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):
A large number of people with diverse problems such as addiction, neuropsychiatric disorders and lack of professional knowledge is unemployed or have difficulty in entering the labor market. A preparatory study will show the possibilities to form networks that in cooperation can create conditions to provide work and long- term solutions for the specific target group. We intend to identify the target group, needs-number and the opportunity for the audience to find employability or employment in various activities. We also intend to identify jobs and tasks. A collaboration between different services expertise can enhance the ability of the individual to enter the labor market.

Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: There are two added values with international cooperation. For the project staff we will get new influences and experiences how other partners try to solve the problem we are working within the project. There are often other methods developed depending on cultural and economic aspects in different countries. If we only cooperate in our own country the mthods are quite similar. For the participants we know that a short work placement abroad will help them to get a better self-confidence. That often helps them to come back to the labor market. International experiences are more and more demand in a globalised world.
