Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):
We are interested in applying to local conditions solutions elaborated in partner countries in the fields of : innovative models of advisory for woman (re)entering the labour market, models of employment service for woman (re)entering the labour market in order to reach higher employment rate of our participants.
Objectives to be achieved: building innovative advisory offer for participants of the project (helping to overcome specific barriers of the target group); creating more effective employment service for the participants.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Organising workshops on applied methods for the project staff; Common preparing and introducing model of effective employment service.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Workshops, tutorial material for advisors, effective employment service system.
