Bridging the gap between education and real business in Europe by using simulation methods

In order to strengthen adult practical entrepreneurial skills, it would be created simulation model based on strategic game. It is needed because of, lack of education and training programs for the future entrepreneurs and their personnel. Also it is needed the practical experience in understanding of management process in the organization.

Objectives to be achieved: All partners together produce a common result – educational methodology for the target audience based on simulation. Learners would be able to operate in the simulated external business environment while creating their own internal business environment. Every simulation would have 100 – 150 participants. These participants would form various business structures. These structures would simulate real competition and collaboration. Every simulation will have the whole business structure starting with investors and ending with simple workers. Every participant will have specific functions (job descriptions).Educational methodology will be in common project communication language – English, and it bring an added value for the project, because not Lithuania and Poland could use it, but also all the Europe.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Research and analysis activities. Adaptation of solutions developed in another country. Preparation, translation and publication of studies and reports. Organizations of conferences, seminars, workshops and meetings. Development of new solutions. The more forms of activity is incorporated in the project, the more comprehensive it becomes, and the greater its chance to develop better, more solid results, more intensive transnational cooperation and generation of added value is guaranteed. Five activities for the project have to ensure the good quality and added value.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Implementation of such innovations would: Increase professional skills. Increase adaptation skills to an ever changing environmental. Help to became more flexible. Clarify about responsibilities of specific positions. Develop a rapid respond to changes in every participant. Gain skills needed to do a job or find a new job. Increase a person's self-evaluation. Create an added value for Lithuanian, Poland and Europe Economy.
