Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

With the help of our project we want to develop the intermediate labour market on the area with starting up a workplace that offers job opportunities to those who are difficult to place directly in the open labour market. This kind of action has not before existed on the area. Our target groups are long term unemployed adults and young people with poor labour market status and with various problems and disabilities with their health and job ability or even problems with drug addiction. Also we have sustainable development as a goal with all our actions within the project implementation.

Objectives to be achieved: With transnational cooperation: we aim to get knowledge of workplaces that have the same target group and that implement sustainable development as well. we aim to learn more about how we can develop the intermediate labour market earn about activation of the unemployed and about various guidance and counselling methods that exist with working amongst this target group. make acquaintance with other workplaces of the intermediate labour market invite partners to an excursion to our workplace.

Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: The added value of tnc lies in getting much information of various working methods and systems in working with the same target group as in our own project. Also in seeing different environments and workplaces and getting many new ideas on the same time.
