Subject of the project : Empowerment Journey

Empowerment 'Empowerment Journey " is behind the project the way you work. Get young people to make a personal journey to regain control over their own lives, through very close and high availability of project staff. Our idea of the project is that we do not give us until the young have found their place and everything works. We want to accompany them the entire trip. Will not the young to us, so we come to them!
Our main task in the project is to expose young people in the target group and try to change the system so that these young people can fit in and work in the existing education system. The school today is not for everyone. We will work to make it there!

Objectives to be achieved: What will the project work with? daily activities for young people with the project. find a way to practicing and / or access rights in the education system. work in high school induction program with the students who are in need of motivational interventions. to enable young people to reflect on the different companies. What is required to make entry to the labor force? to work with the school development work for during the time in grade 9 to find good ways of transition to high school introductory programs. to clarify the structural barriers that young people can not handle regular school attendance. designing and permanent work between the administrations of those students who choose not to begin or complete their high school and falls within the municipal information responsibility. to develop an interaction model consisting of various actors in society to prevent young people end up "through the cracks." Here, the Employment Service as an important partner in the project. The project targets young people between 16-29 years who have not completed a high school program. Approximately 55 young people will be included in the project with regular intake during the project.
