Dalalyft is a project supporting micro scale enterprises in the County of Dalarna in their professional competence development and aims to enhance their opportunities for growth. The project builds on a broad collaboration between public and private actors both within and outside the county.

Subject of the Project: Competence development in micro enterprises.

Objectives to be achieved: The project is interested in transnational exchange with regional actors on improving attitudes on gender mainstreaming and accessibility in micro scale enterprises, in order to contribute to a more open working life, which in its turn will lead to increased growth.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Dalalyft would like to share their own experiences and findings from working with gender mainstreaming and accessibility in their steering group, in their marketing, in seminars and so forth. Through transnational cooperation best practices in the area could be identified and shared at a European level. The project would also like to exchange experiences with similar projects in Europe, with a main focus on Spain, Estonia and Poland.
