Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

Knowledge based economy is important goal for SME companies, but most of them in Wielkopolska are not prepared to achieve this goal.

Objectives to be achieved: Project is dedicated to SME companies to analyse intellectual capital ( IC) in SMs and organize educational efforts for SMEs to understand importance of this kind of asset in company and implement in the practice.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Transnational cooperation allow polish SME companies exchange of experiences in the process of education and implementation  IC in SMEs.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Added Value of transnational cooperation will be strengthening process of implementation of IC in polish SME companies through usage of international and polish experiences. Main activities: training, advisory, visits. Expected outcomes: 50 Polish companies and 10 foreign companies involved in the project from different branches. Result: 50 polish SME companies trained in IC , 5 Polish companies will implement IC. Partnership of Polish and foreign BSOs.
