Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

Project concerns social and occupational integration of unemployed young people (between 15 – 30) who are in danger of social exclusion. We will try to close this target group to the labour market through different courses which will help these people to gain new skills or improve their  professional skills. We do not know what sort of courses it will be because it depends on documentary of a call (the call will be this June)

Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): In this project we have to have at least 2 forms of TNC (transnational cooperation). One of them, the mandatory one must be adaptation of solutions developed in another country dedicated to specific group of beneficiaries (unemployed young people between 15 – 30 who are in danger of social exclusion who have problems with drugs or alcohol).         The second one form of TNC may be: transnational conferences, seminars, workshops and meetings; preparation and translation of some publication; exchanging of people involved in implementing the project, internships, study visits. So we could choose one or two more.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Adaptation of solutions developed in another country dedicated to specific group of beneficiaries. Sharing and exchanging experience.
