Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation): Thanks to the transnational cooperation polish policemen would be able to find out about the work of their colleagues from Sweden, and what is more important, learn how to work as effectively as the Swedes do. The cooperation is essential to make the Polish police officers aware that there are ways to make their job more productive and satisfying, just as the Swedish policemen do. Also, during this transnational cooperation Polish officers learn English what will profit in better communication skills in their job with the foreigners. This will become the added value. More effective and satisfying work of Polish policemen will influence the society – people will feel safer and more comfortable – factors that are the added value achieved only in cooperation with foreign partner.
