The Project on one hand includes transnational cooperation in terms of exchange of ideas/know-how and on the Rother hand aims at promoting mobility / work experience abroad for people with disabilities to enhance their position on the labour market.
Objectives to be achieved: Work experience abroad. Integration of target group into the labour market.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Exchange of ideas/know-how, organisation and implementation of mobility projects and expert workshops.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Work experience abroad for approximately 60 participants from Berlin. Knowledge-transfer based on transnational expert workshops, sustainable transnational network for future cooperation.
