Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

Subject of the Project: Development of young employees within call centers to minimize the risk of exclusion in the labor market. For many, call center is the first work experience and a thorough introduction to working life as a whole would prevent exclusion and unemployment. The project will identify the need for skills and propose a solution in the form of an action plan of appropriate efforts and trainings.

Objectives to be achieved: Not decided yet . We want a transnational cooperation to learn how companies/organisations in other EU -counties work with the introduction of new employees. We also want to see if the values and attitudes towards work is the same in other countries. In Sweden we experienced a more individual take to working life and we have some problems in how young people follow rules. Its more of a “what can the job do for me”, than “what can I do for the job” attitude. Many of these young employees have a lack of understanding how the labour market works. An exchange would give us insights how progress within these areas are made in other countries and it would also give us a cultural perspective. We would like to come to the conference to meet other projects and maybe find a project we could collaborate with.
