Objectives to be achieved: Objectives and effects:• Equalizing educational chances of students• Expanding the school offer (guidance, education-professional consultancy, information concerning educational path)• Implementation of new, innovative forms of teaching and evaluating that are more effective than traditional forms• Implementation of programs and tools of effective school management• Development school programs directed to lower the students’ achievements disproportions during the education process• Programs of formal confirmation of informally gained general and professional qualifications• Development of innovative forms of lifelong learning, including e-learning• Monitoring needs and expanding school offer for the regional and local labor market• Programs of school teachers retraining due to demographic changes (school low) in the direction of lifelong education (of adults)

Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: The added value of the project is learning and knowing new country and culture. The project learns creativity, being open-minded, respectful for other people, language and customs. It enables to establish transnational, multilingual and multicultural long-term relationship between partners. Partners will be able to help one another with problems showing not only during the project but also later after the project ends.
