Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation): All European societies are faced before a problem of ageing. People live longer and longer and can be active longer and longer. Partially this effect is solved by increasing time of job activity but from the other side there is a need of release a job places for younger generation. Specially this phenomena is visible in academic society. Scientists are usually very active up to the late age and they try to be employed by the University as long as possible blocking place for younger scientists. In present days when number of students decrease rapidly above described problem is painful for University. Some of universities in the West solved somehow this problem. How ? We would like to know. For that we would like to have a partnership with the university where they have an elaborated policy of behaviour with scientists being before or just after releasing from university. How they try to use a scientific potential of released scientists ? What they propose them - being advisors, being experts, partial working in specific projects, and so on.
Objectives to be achieved: Transferring methodology of university behaviour with scientists being before or just after releasing from the university. Elaborating of set of propositions of activity for Senior Academics. Organizing group of 40 Senior Academics from Nicolaus Copernicus University who would like to participate in above mentioned activity.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Transferring methodology of university behaviour with scientists being before or just after releasing from the university. Elaborating of set of propositions of activity for Senior Academics.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Organizing group of about 40 Senior Academics from Nicolaus Copernicus University who would like to participate in above mentioned activity in the form for example social company. Spreading out the idea and methodology of behaviour first in the region, next to other universities.

- Administration (public entities including Public Employment services, education and training institutions)
- Older persons (over 50 years old)
