Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

In anticipation of an increasingly globalised world, workers as well as enterprises are facing new challenges and changes in working patterns. To reap the benefits that these developments can offer, workers and companies need to adapt to living with change, to anticipate and proactively manage it. It is nessesary needed to increase small entrepreuners and also farmers awareness about doing busines in new, inovative ways.  One of the biggest European Union opportunities is free movement of work force and products, so must be considered during training of the small enrepreuners and farmers.

Objectives to be achieved: In order strengthening adult skills during project period it will be achieved: Train workers to prevent and anticipate unemployment; Support career and individual guidance that encourages individuals to actively manage their careers; Support outplacement and worker mobility schemes that encourage workers and their products to move across regions, or indeed across the EU, to where their skills are in demand; Improve access to training, in particular for the low skilled and older workers; Help identify future occupational and skills requirements.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): The chief activities leading up to the development of parallel solutions include: Organization of workshops, seminars and conferences; Meetings of experts; Development of discussion forums; Paralel development of novel solution; Representing existing methods and models for improving effective management; Studies and analysis.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: After the series of training entrepreneurs and farmers – participants will acquire unique knowledge & skills to manage their own business in new way by expending the borders of countries. After the programme the group of diversity management experts will be created. The main results of the project: More qualified entrepreneurs More qualified farmers Increase sales in partners countries Arise economical rates Most of all-important to improve European Unions countries Human Capital competitiveness.
