Thematic scope of the project: Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation): We are looking for another project with similar target group with hope to corporate around the projects and change different experiences.
In our project we work with people that stand far away from the labour market. It can include young people, older people who have been unemployed, immigrants and people that have a long sickness behind.
We are looking for people’s ability to work and we are training them for work. We are doing this through four different stations that we have built, a production division, a kitchen division, a carpentry division and a sew division.
We also give education in CV writing, computer use, and other special skills that the target group need.
When a person has been out of work, irrespective of why, for a long time there are so many things to grab. For example just to go up in the morning and arrive at the right time for the start of the day.
Our main goal is to get the target group out in work or in studies. But there are many smaller goals on the way.
