Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

In the context of globalization, more and more companies are forced to adapt to ever-changing markets. Many Romanian companies fail to adapt fast enough, showing a severe stiffness. Managers must realize the benefits of flexibility and synchronization with the global economic change. Another category that has to cope with change is represented by those looking for a job, who must keep pace with business change and global economy.

Objectives to be achieved: This project aims to support these two categories of persons (managers and individuals seeking a job), supporting them through training courses and seminars for effective leadership and more flexible enterprises (managers) and a more efficient job search and acquisition of key skills (persons seeking a job). Objectives: Support for business managers (rigid), offering courses and seminars for a more efficient and flexible Management; Support for long-term unemployed and young persons by offering them courses and seminars designed to streamline the search for a new job, but also the acquisition of key competences;
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Transnational activities will be to share experience of practical activities and courses and seminars. In order for these activities to have a maximum impact it is necessary that support be given to staff aquainte themselves to the specific markets. The  comparative analysis and exchange of experience, can identify specific market characteristics of each region, implicitly  adapting the instruments used in practice or internship courses and seminars.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: The main expected results are: Provide flexible management related courses at least 100 managers; Provide flexible management  related seminars to at least 100 managers; Provide effective job search related courses for at least 200 young people and long-term unemployed; Provide seminars on how to streamline the employment for at least 200 young people and long-term unemployed; Provide training to generate maximum impact (assisting individuals in the target group).
