Objectives to be achieved: To create good and effective collaboration between project partners which promotes the individual's long-term learning and development to enter the labor market through innovative collaboration solutions. At least 40% of the participants who completes the project will enter the labor market At least 20% of the participants who completes the project will go to the regular education system.Only up to 20% of the participants who completes the project will have gone to other labor political activities.All participants, 100% will experience enhanced opportunities to enter the labor market or begin studies after project participation. After the project period, a local apprentice and trainee bank consisting of 100 companies will have been created.

Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Share experiences and collaborate with other countries to study the best practice concerning the methods of development through learning and actions and develop ways to build bridges between the public and private sectors as well. Through the project participants will have the opportunity to communicate and build contacts with other participants in other countries. An important factor is to influence the structures, rules and practices between different agencies, organizations and public agencies that affect individuals' ability to reduce or break their isolation.

Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Discuss and share experiences that show the most successful results. Opportunity to make contacts and pick up good experiences such as successful cooperation between public and private and nonprofit businesses. More knowledge and insight in identifying the benefits of participants participation, best practice, socio-economic impacts, dissemination, policy impact.
