Objectives to be achieved: The objectives of the project: To develop the methodology to evaluate the effectiveness of investment in human capital. To perform the analysis of labor market indicators. To perform the analysis of individual decision making affecting indicators. To identify the LT-PL states impact to investment in human capital in cross-border region. To perform the analysis of financial investments in human capital. To submit the proposals and recommendations to improve the cooperation between higher education and entrepreneurship. To develop the theory/model of education, science and human capital development.
