  • The lack  of  competence and knowledge within the scope of intercultural communication,
  • The need for participation in  over national labour market including cooperation with social groups which have different culture, religion or language.
Objectives to be achieved: Development and improvement  of  student competence within the scope of intercultural communication; Acquiring  the ability of management of  multicultural teams; The Exchange of  experience and knowledge within the scope of intercultural communication.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): International workshops for research workers on the subject of Didactics of intercultural communication; Seminars and workshops for students on the subject of  management and intercultural communication; Research visits in multicultural enterprises; Conference ‘Intercultural management challenges’.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: The number of academics workshop participants – 15 The number of students (graduates) – workshop participants  – 50 The number of study visits  – 5 The number of visited multicultural enterprises –5 The number of published textbooks and workshop materials – 5 (editon of 200 copies each) The number of conferences and published post-conference materials – (editon of 300 copies)
