Type of the organization: Thematic scope of the project: Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation): The project aims to develop the skills of companies in the Stockholm region in order to promote entrepreneurship, growth and sustainable development. It also aims to promote environments steeped in diversity, accessibility, innovation, creativity. The companies create a development and training plan in order to get a picture of the company's need for skills development. They have the opportunity to take courses in areas such as leadership, project management, marketing, communications and marketing.
With transnational cooperation we hope to increase knowledge in the entrepreneurial field both for us as a project team but also for the companies participating in the project. We also want to increase the opportunities for cooperation for exchanges in the form of exports and imports, or other types of collaboration.

Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Transnational coorporation shall include organisation of conferences, meetings and study visits.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: An exchange with similar projects will increase the knowledge in the entrepreneurial field. First for the project team but also for the companies participating in the project. A partnership may also include contacts for future export of the products and services they offer.
